A pure Cabernet Sauvignon vinified and aged in barrels! What audacity ... and what a treat! The grapes are from the oldest plot of Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard, ideally exposed, which offers exceptional grapes harvested at the optimum maturity. A vinification in barrel will transform those grapes in an exceptional wine, the aging process in barrels for a period of 18 months will make melt the tannins, which are basically very present.

Conseil de dégustation :

This beautiful wine bottle flows a dark, deep, almost black. Only a few ruby cheer up the glass. The first nose is very aromatic; it reveals notes of toasted, hearth fireplace and roasting. Then with agitation, fragrance of peppermint, warm bread grow before giving way to a fruity strawberry jam with small blackcurrants. On the palate, the tannins are present but silky, velvet. This is a very ripe Cabernet Sauvignon! The flavors in the mouth tender and delicious: vanilla apricot taste makes your mouth. The tasting ends with freshly roasted coffee and the desire to find pleasure.
